When is the Conference?
We are currently planning for registration to open at 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time Friday, October 4. Networking events start Friday afternoon, and the opening plenary session starts at 7 p.m. Friday night. The closing plenary session concludes at 3 p.m. EDT Sunday, October 6. We are currently exploring some optional networking activities to follow the closing session for those who are still in town or have late flights after conference closing.
Can I arrive early or stay late if I want to?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to do so. Extending your stay can give you a chance to stay relaxed and rested for the Conference and to take some time to visit the Washington, D.C. area. The Sheraton Hotel has indicated that it is willing to honor the discounted ALN Conference rate even for those arriving on Thursday or leaving on Monday.
