I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion through education. What matters most to me is encapsulated in this quote by Mandela: "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
Before beginning my career in Education, I worked in Emerging Markets at JP Morgan in New York, London, and Tokyo. Teaching every age group from children to teens to adults has given me a deep appreciation of constructivist and experiential learning. After earning my Master's in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, I began facilitating Programs in Professional Education and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School. Before being the Head Teaching Assistant for Professor O'Brien, I was on the teaching teams of Professor Heifetz and Professor O'Doherty for "Exercising Leadership: The Politics of Change."
